Gavin and Karen Pound have been caring for the hairdressing needs of the people in the South West since 1976 and, when you visit their salon, their aim is for you to enjoy the experience.
Penthouse has been a family business for Gavin and Karen Pound since its inception , with both children, (Lisa and Daniel) having been apprenticed to the salon, although now Daniel is pursuing other challenges.

For our staff, to ensure they are confident in their talents, we are committed to ongoing training and personal development. This helps job satisfaction which ensures that clients can rely on them for the very best service.
Over the years we have trained over 28 apprentices and offer our staff programs that include Personnel Management and Customer Service in addition to hairdressing training.
This is achieved through monthly “Intercoiffure” training in Perth, regular company sponsored seminars and weekly “in-salon” training.
